1. CELLULITE

Ingredients:

  • Seaweed powder
  • Almond oil
  • Essential oil
  • Warm water

1. Combine a cup of seaweed, two cups of water, three tablespoons of almond oil and few drops of your fav essential oil into a thick paste.

2. Rub the paste into the affected areas.

3. Wrap yourself in plastic wrap.

4. Keep it on for about an hour.

5. Wash it off.

2. WEIGHT LOSS

  • Green tea
  • Bentonite powder
  • Essential oil

1. Combine two cups of green tea with a cup of bentonite powder and add a few drops of essential oil.

2. Rub the paste on the affected areas.

3. Wrap yourself in plastic wrap.

4. Keep it on for about an hour.

5. Wash it off.

3. DETOX

Ingredients:

  • Epsom salt
  • Chamomile tea
  • Rosemary essential oil
  • Coconut oil
  • A sheet

1. Dissolve a cup of Epsom salt in four cups of chamomile tea.

2. Soak a sheet in the solution.

3. Massage the body with essential oil.

4. Wrap yourself in the sheet.

5. Wrap plastic wrap around.

6. Wait for an hour.

7. Wash it off.

4. CIRCULATION

  • Bentonite clay
  • Water
  • Ginger

1. Mix two tablespoons of ginger powder with five tablespoons of bentonite clay and add ten tablespoons of water.

2. Blend all well until you get a paste.

3. Smear it over the areas to boost circulation.

4. Wrap a plastic wrap.

5. Wait up to 40 minutes tops.

6. Rinse it off with cold water.

Ingredients:

  • Cayenne powder
  • White clay
  • Water

1. Mix two tablespoons of cayenne powder with ten tablespoons of white clay and double the amount of water.

2. Make a thick paste.

3. Apply it to the affected areas.

4. Leave it on up to 12 minutes/

5. Wash it off.

6. REJUVENATION

  • Almond oil
  • Lavender essential oil
  • Grapefruit essential oil

1. Mix two cups of almond oil with a few drops of each essential oil.

2. Spread it over your body.

4. Leave it on for about an hour.

5. Rinse it off with warm water.
